Meet the Founder

Thank you for visiting!

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with a professional focus on strength, stability, mindfulness, and supportive movement practices. My work integrates functional strength training, gentle and restorative yoga, and balance-based programming to help individuals move with greater confidence and ease.

Over time, my interests have expanded to include active aging, fall prevention, grief-informed yoga, and movement practices that support life transitions. I am committed to inclusive, accessible instruction that honors each person’s pace and lived experience.

My approach is practical, grounded, and non-clinical. I view movement as both a physical and regulatory tool that supports resilience, mobility, and overall well-being. Whether working one-on-one or in small group settings, I prioritize safety, clarity, and sustainability.

I continue to pursue advanced training in gerontology as well as somatic and restorative modalities to deepen my understanding of active aging and embodied practice.

My work is movement-based and educational in nature. I do not provide psychotherapy, medical treatment, or clinical services. Movement sessions are supportive and non-clinical. Individuals seeking medical or mental health care are encouraged to consult licensed providers.
